Lt Col Shane Chin (R)

Business Development Director

Lt Col Shane Chin (R) had his secondary education from Royal Military College Sungai Besi. He is a graduate from the US Military Academy, West Point with a degree in Electrical Engineering.  He also holds a MSc in Defence Technology from Royal Military College of Science, UK. He had served with the Malaysian Army REME Corps for  21 years.  Among his appointment in the service were the first  Officer  in  Charge  of  the MLRS  Regiment Workshop, Desk  officer  at Army Logistics HQ and Commandant of the Army Engineering School.  He also served in United Nation missions in Bosnia Herzegovina and Lebanon.

Maj Idris Bin Yeop Hamzah (R)

Maj Idris bin Yeop Hamzah (R) graduated from the Royal Military College and hold diploma in Strategic  and  Defence from University of Malaya. He began his  carrier as military Officer in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (REME) Corp in 1981 for 27 years. He served, the Malaysian army holding various field commands, staff officer and inspectorate team. Among his appointment were officer commanding medium artillery regimental workshop, desk officer at the artillery project team, REME group at the army logistic headquarters. He also served In United Nation  mission in Bosnia Herzegovina.

Ir. Fawazul Fahmi Bin Sanudin

Mr Fawazul Fahmi bin Sanudin graduated from University Teknologi Mara graduated with Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Hons.) Mr Fawazul  Fahmi  has over 10 years of experience in several well known defence and security company in Malaysia. With extensive knowledge and experience, he has successfully completed Project of Delivering 18 x unit of 105mm Light Gun  MKIII with professionally in 2020 to the Ministry of Defense (MINDEF) which 4 month early from end of project contract date.

Brig Gen Dato' Khamsan Bin Ngari (R)

Artillery Systems Adviser

Dato’ Khamsan was commissioned into the Royal Malaysian Artillery Regiment. He later qualified as Gunnery Instructor from the School of Artillery, Fort Sill, Oklahoma, USA. He holds a Master’s degree in Defence Strategic & Security Studies from National University of Malaysia. During his 33 years of service in the Malaysian Army, he held senior staff & command appointments, including Director of Artillery,  Chief  of  Staff  (Planning  and Development Branch) at Army Headquarters, & Commander of the 11th Infantry Brigade. Following his retirement, he continued his professional career as Advisor & Consultant, with particular expertise in artillery systems & the AVIBRAS Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS). He is also a Director of ADS subsidiary company, ASDS Sdn Bhd.

Maj Roslan Bin Abu Samah (R)

Maj Roslan bin Abu Samah (R) graduated from University Tun Abdul Razak (UNITAR) International University with Bachelor Degree in Management (Hons). Began his carrier for 29 years in Artillery Corp from 23 September 1990 until 31 May 2019.  During service, he held several position such as  Technical Instructor Gunnery at Airborne Unit, Medium Unit and School of Artillery. Participate in various types of courses  including Laser Range Finder Goniometer, Laser Initial Navigation System (LINAPS), G5 MK II Gun Howitzer Trainer at South africa and many more. 

Brig Gen Dato' Ir. Najmuddin (R)

Engineering Consultant

Held the rank of Brigadier General, Malaysia Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineer (EME) Corps. He began his service in 1978 and retired in 2020, serving for 41 years, with his final position as Director of Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (EME) Corps.  His professional qualifications include education from the National Defense University, South Korea in 2015, certification from the Board of Engineers (Ir.) in 2013 and an MBA from the USA in 2004.

Maj Earl Macaine Stevenson (R)

Air & Naval Technical Director

Upon graduating from the United States Military Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, Earl served in the Malaysian Army for over 21 years in various operational and training appointments. He also holds a Masters in Defence Capability Development and Acquisition from the University of New South Wales. His corporate experience includes being the Head of Sales and Marketing for DEFTECH, which was the defence arm of DRB-Hicom and as the Regional Director to the multinational company, QinetiQ.
