Lt Col Shane Chin (R)

Artillery Systems Adviser

Dato' Khamsan was commissioned into the Royal Regiment of Artillery and later qualified as a Gunnery Instructor at the School of Artillery in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, USA. He furthered his academic credentials with a Master's Degree in Defence Strategic & Security Studies from the National University of Malaysia (UKM). Over a 33-year career in the Malaysian Army, he occupied senior staff and command positions, most notably serving as Director of Artillery, Chief of Staff (Planning and Development Branch) at Army HQ, and Commander of the 11th Infantry Brigade. Following his military retirement, Dato' Khamsan transitioned into consultancy, providing strategic advice on artillery systems and the AVIBRAS Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS).

Maj Idris Bin Yeop Hamzah (R)

General Manager

A graduate of the Royal Military College, Maj Idris Bin Yeop Hamzah (Rtd) holds a Diploma in Strategic and Defence Studies from the University of Malaya. He launched his 27-year military career in 1981 within the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME) Corps. Throughout his service with the Malaysian Army, Maj Idris held diverse responsibilities spanning field commands, staff officer roles, and inspectorate assignments. Key appointments include Officer Commanding of a medium artillery regimental workshop, Desk Officer for the artillery project team, and a posting with the REME Group at Army Logistics HQ. His service record also includes a United Nations peacekeeping deployment to Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Ir. Fawazul Fahmi Bin Sanudin

Ir. Fawazul Fahmi Bin Sanudin graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Hons.). He brings over 10 years of experience gained across several prominent defence and security firms in Malaysia. Leveraging this extensive domain expertise, Ir. Fawazul successfully managed the delivery of 18 units of the 105mm Light Gun MKIII to the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) in 2020, remarkably completing the project four months ahead of the contracted deadline.

Maj Roslan Bin Abu Samah (R)

Assembly Plant Manager

Maj Roslan Bin Abu Samah (Rtd) earned his Bachelor's Degree in Management (Hons.) from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNITAR) International University. His 29-year military career in the Royal Regiment of Artillery spanned from 23 September 1990 until his retirement on 31 May 2019. During his tenure, he excelled as a Technical Instructor of Gunnery across Airborne Units, Medium Units, and the School of Artillery. His technical background is backed by specialised international training, including courses on Laser Rangefinder Goniometers, the Laser Inertial Navigation System (LINAPS), and the G5 MK II Gun Howitzer Trainer in South Africa.

Brig Gen Dato' Ir. Najmuddin (R)

Engineering Consultant

Having achieved the rank of Brigadier General in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME) Corps, Brig Gen Dato' Ir. Najmuddin (Rtd) dedicated 41 years to military service from 1978 until his retirement in 2020. His long career culminated in his appointment as Director of the REME Corps. Backing his operational leadership are strong professional credentials, including graduation from the National Defence University in South Korea (2015), formal Professional Engineer certification from the Board of Engineers Malaysia (Ir.) in 2013, and an MBA obtained in the USA in 2004.
