CSR Program towards COVID-19

2021

  • Donations of basic necessities were sent to the Segamat Municipal Council (MPS), Johor to be distributed to families who have difficulty obtaining basic necessities due to the National Rehabilitation Plan (PPN). A total of 120 sets of basic necessities such as rice, flour, sugar and other dry goods were donated to the SAC for parishioners in the Segamat area, Johor in need. The contribution was presented on 13th July 2021 by ADSSB company representative Maj Roslan bin Samah (B) to the MPS representative, Mr. Mohd Faridzul bin Dakir.

  • Following the Movement Control Order 3.0 throughout the country has been announced by the government and this to some extent affects the economy of the local community, especially in Kampung Paya Lebar, Batu Anam, Johor. Therefore, the basic goods (food) donation program such as rice and some other dry goods have been distributed to the surrounding population in need. The distribution of this contribution was presented to 10 families by the company’s representative, Maj Roslan bin Samah (B) and was also joined by the Head of Kampung Paya Lebar, Mr. Razak bin Hj Kardi.

  • The company has channeled food donations to the National Zoo of Malaysia which consists of main foods namely meat, vegetables and fruits to be used as a supply of herbivorous and carnivorous foods at the zoo. The company is aware that following the spread of the Covid-19 Pandemic which has hit now, it has also affected the income of Zoo Negara Malaysia in meeting food needs.

  • The company has channeled donations in the form of the purchase of exclusive sajdah to generate income for the parishioners of the Amru Al-As Mosque in Bandar Baru Sentul Kuala Lumpur.

2020

  • Date: 30 October 2020
  • In conjunction with the Maulidur Rasul Celebration, the company has made a financial contribution of RM2,000 which was presented to representatives from the Kampung Paya Lebar Village Community Management Committee (MPKK) for the purpose of enlivening the Maulidur Rasul Celebration. The ceremony was held with the involvement of the village community and was also attended by several ADSSB staff. The company hopes that with this involvement, it can further strengthen the relationship in the village community.

  • As a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic that hit the country, the company also worked together to help reduce the burden of the community, especially the local community around Segamat, Johor.
  • This contribution was presented by the company representative Maj Idris bin Yeop Hamzah (B) to the Enforcement Authority, Mr. Mohd Aidil bin Ismail as the representative of Segamat Municipal Council (MPS), Johor. The total contribution is RM11,030.00 and the contribution given is in the form of basic necessities (food) such as rice, oil, sugar and others. This contribution is to be distributed to families around Segamat who are affected by the Movement Control Order (PKP 1.0) which has been announced by the government.
